And we have done it once again!! Premier League Title in our hands! Champions League is also in sight. Sigh. It's gonna be a great season for the devil! Most probably the cup will be carried this week at Old Trafford during the clash with West Ham. 21st May 2008 will be another date that will be projected in record books as Manchester United and Chelsea step into The Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow. With everyone with no major injuries, i'm very sure that the Devils and gonna send the boys in blue back home sobbing. Only 2 times has Manchester United lift the Champion League trophy in 52 years of this championship. This year will be the 3rd! Paul Scholes, missed the chance to play during the 98-99 season due to suspension, has already booked his seat in the starting line-up. Chelsea on the other hand has not carried this trophy. Both teams will and is gonna bring out every play they ever have and every dirty trick in their book. This is the first all-english final and this is gonna be an exciting match where you will have to pee in a cup for not wanting to miss any single minute and moment of this game! Be sure to watch this game!!

21 May 2008

Toto : Falling in Between World Tour : Live in Kuala Lumpur

Wednesday, April 23, 2008
This was a chun-ted concert!! I had the most awesome-est experience!! This was the next concert in line after Backstreet Boys. And from all aspects, this concert was the bomb compared to BSB. From performance to the sound quality to the lights, FUHH!!!! Of course i went for this concert only knowing two songs of the band, Africa and Rosanna. I really didnt know who on earth Toto was besides the connection of both songs. Although Thomas and i reached quite late, they just started their 3rd song. Thanks to the damn good seats we had, we experienced this 70's rock band like no other person has experienced before (not forgetting the people who were sitting with us). :p The keyboardist was also damn power!! He had like 6 keyboards and he was f***ing good!! he went on for a 20 mins solo and it was just damn sial-ly f***ing good!! hmmm.. bila la i boleh main macam tu.. sigh.. Do check out the video at the bottom. The drummer doing his own thing!

The Lead Guitarist - Steve Lukather

Bassist - Mike Porcaro
i thought of Bro. Pius the first time i saw him on stage.. LOL..

(from L-R) Mike Porcaro (Bass), Steve Lukather (Vocal & Lead Guitar), David Paich (Guitar), Greg Phillinganes (Keyboards), Simon Philips (Drums), Bobby Kimball (Vocals)

That's ME!!!

Check out this Video!!! The drum was see-through. There were 8 moving heads locked its eyes on it. During this drum solo, it really looked like colours were oozing out of the drums as he hit it! DAMN CHUN SIAL!!!

"Where Were You (When The World Stopped Turning)"

Monday, April 21, 2008
Where were you when the world stopped turning that September day
Out in the yard with your wife and children
Working on some stage in LA
Did you stand there in shock at the site of
That black smoke rising against that blue sky
Did you shout out in anger
In fear for your neighbor
Or did you just sit down and cry

Did you weep for the children
Who lost their dear loved ones
And pray for the ones who don't know
Did you rejoice for the people who walked from the rubble
And sob for the ones left below

Did you burst out in pride
For the red white and blue
The heroes who died just doing what they do
Did you look up to heaven for some kind of answer
And look at yourself to what really matters

I'm just a singer of simple songs
I'm not a real political man
I watch CNN but I'm not sure I can tell you
The difference in Iraq and Iran
But I know Jesus and I talk to God
And I remember this from when I was young
Faith hope and love are some good things he gave us
And the greatest is love

Where were you when the world stopped turning that September day
Teaching a class full of innocent children
Driving down some cold interstate
Did you feel guilty cause you're a survivor
In a crowded room did you feel alone
Did you call up your mother and tell her you love her
Did you dust off that bible at home
Did you open your eyes and hope it never happened
Close your eyes and not go to sleep
Did you notice the sunset the first time in ages
Speak with some stranger on the street
Did you lay down at night and think of tomorrow
Go out and buy you a gun
Did you turn off that violent old movie you're watching
And turn on "I Love Lucy" reruns
Did you go to a church and hold hands with some stranger
Stand in line and give your own blood
Did you just stay home and cling tight to your family
Thank God you had somebody to love

I'm just a singer of simple songs
I'm not a real political man
I watch CNN but I'm not sure I can tell you
The difference in Iraq and Iran
But I know Jesus and I talk to God
And I remember this from when I was young
Faith hope and love are some good things he gave us
And the greatest is love

I'm just a singer of simple songs
I'm not a real political man
I watch CNN but I'm not sure I can tell you
The difference in Iraq and Iran
But I know Jesus and I talk to God
And I remember this from when I was young
Faith hope and love are some good things he gave us
And the greatest is love

The greatest is love
The greatest is love

:p

i finally found something that completes me. Was online the other day with Navina and this girl do send me songs like always.

"Like this one time, i was online, and nav came on, and she went like "you wanna listen to something", and i said okay, and she sent me something and i never saw the end of it!"

LOL.. So anyways, she send me this song yesterday and i immediately fell in love with it. It's a very simple, laid-back song but it caught me everywhere *don't ask*. And i can't stop listening to it

Nouvelle Vague - This is not a love song

AND THIS IS IT!!!! Ever since i got it, i haven't have the feeling to listen to any other song (besides the Nakka Mukka song). You may think i'm weird now being obsessed with this kinda things, but seriously, i'm in love with this song!! i even played it the whole night while i slept and the first thing i heard when i got up was..
"this is not a love song, this is not a love song..........

I AM IN LOVE!!!!!

Do check it out!!! :p

p/s: THANKS NAV!!!! :p

This incident reported happened in Indonesia. It's about this girl. She is a minah rempit and she just pulled off a snatch theft stunt. Some people managed to catch her and this was what happened to her..... watch it...

Its understandable that she did something wrong. Yes i would be furious too. Snatch theft is a crime not to be looked lightly upon. But death? This is totally not acceptable. AND IT'S A GIRL!!! Where on earth did the brains of this stupid crazy f***ers go?!?!? Really got no f***ing brains!! Did they ever think about their mother, daughter, sister?!?! There was no mercy, no compassion at all. I think this really happens when the devil is in your head.

The Wooden Bowl

Thursday, April 3, 2008

A frail old man went to live with his son, daughter-in-law, and
four-year
- old grandson.
The old man's hands trembled, his eyesight was blurred, and his step faltered. The family ate together at the table. But the elderly grandfather's shaky hands an failing sight made eating difficult. Peas rolled off his spoon onto the floor. When he grasped the glass, milk spilled on the tablecloth. The son and daughter-in-law became irritated with the mess.

'We must do something about father,' said the son.

'I've had enough of his spilled milk, noisy eating, and food on the floor.'
So the husband and wife set a small table in the corner.

There, Grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed dinner. Since Grandfather had broken a dish or two, his food was served in a wooden bowl. When the family glanced in Grandfather's direction, sometimes he had a tear in his eye as he sat alone. Still, the only words the couple had for him were sharp admonitions when he dropped a fork or spilled food. The four-year-old watched it all in silence.

One evening before supper, the father noticed his son playing with wood scraps on the floor.
He asked the child sweetly, 'What are you making?' Just as sweetly, the boy responded,

'Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and Mama to eat your food in when I grow up.' The four-year-old smiled and went back to work.

The words so struck the parents so that they were speechless.
Then tears started to stream down their cheeks. Though no word was spoken, both knew what must be done.

That evening the husband took Grandfather's hand and gently led him back to the family table.
For the remainder of his days he ate every meal with the family. And for some reason, neither husband nor wife seemed to care any longer when a fork was dropped, milk spilled, or the tablecloth soiled.

On a positive note, I've learned that, no matter what happens,
how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.

4 Nutcases!!

Number 1, Number 1, All the way!!!!

FU-YOH!!! I really dont know how else to describe that whole feeling in me. :)

Last weekend was the 2nd Spritual Preparation for World Youth Day. It was held at Archdiocesan Pastoral Centre (next to St. Anthony's Church). It was a stay-in thingy for all 280 pilgrims of WYD from KL. I expected it to be not that chun-ted la tapi kan... sigh.. i was wrong!!

That saturday after lunch, we all gathered at the hall. Than we were all broken up to 15 groups. Nick and I somehow made sure we ended up in the same group. :) Than it was revealed what we were to do!! It was THE AMAZZING RACE : WYD'08 KL EDITION.

I always wanted to take part in such a thing and here I was!! Nick and 1 was in Group 1. As the you guys know the semangat in us, straight away we came up with a cheer for the group..

"NUMBER 1 ! NUMBER 1 ! ALL THE WAY!! hu hah!!" (to the tune of LNL07's Avaris cheer)

Well, we ended being CHAMPIONS!! Truly we were number 1 all the way!! From running like monkeys in Puduraya Bus Station, to sprinting all the way to Dataran Merdeka, to forcing a French lady to sing the Negaraku, to drinking sirap + eggs + wasabi, to reciting the Our Father in Latin, to some native Sarawak bamboo dance, to running in the rain, to eating worms (kesian Valerie) it was really crazy. At the same time the mixed emotions of joy and worriedness whether any group in front of us, sigh, it was all good and was really AMAZZING!! haha.. Will upload pics of the race as soon as i get them.. The video below is of the French lady singing the Negaraku!!
